LIG EN LEWE SENTRUM | LIGHT AND LIFE CENTRE - Restore and Equip
The Pentecostal Protestant church assembly in Paarl was founded in 1958. Services were held in different houses. In later years the assembly grew so much that they could afford to call a leader and hire a hall in town.
In 1960 Past Heyneke was the first Pastor of the assembly in Paarl. He was also the man who had the vision to buy the current buildings in Rose Street. In years to come there were several other Pastors in the assembly until 1993 when Pastor Henry and Denmarié Young came to Paarl.
